Summary

As the General Manager, you will be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring that our guests receive an unparalleled dining experience. Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining our high standards of service and quality while driving the overall success of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and quality service.
Manage staff performance through effective training, supervision, and motivation.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all aspects of restaurant operations.
Requirements
Proven experience (5+ yrs) in a fine dining general manger role.
Strong supervisory skills with a focus on team development and performance management.
Familiarity with fine dining concepts and independant restaurants
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Extensive culinary, wine and beverage knowledge
