Our front desk team plays a critical role in driving salon success by converting leads into loyal members and maximizing every guest interaction.

Position Overview

The Lead Front Desk Associate is a key sales and leadership position responsible for managing incoming leads, driving membership sales, and setting the standard for front desk performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and enjoys coaching others while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Management

Proactively follow up on new leads via phone, text, and email to convert inquiries into booked appointments and memberships
Confidently present and sell The Lash Lounge® membership options and retail products
Track, manage, and nurture leads through the CRM system
Meet or exceed individual and team sales and membership goals

Front Desk Leadership

Serve as the lead and role model for front desk associates, setting expectations around sales, service, and professionalism
Assist in training and coaching front desk staff on scripts, objection handling, and closing techniques
Support daily front desk operations including scheduling, check-in/check-out, and guest flow

Guest Experience

Create a welcoming, luxury experience for every guest—both in person and over the phone
Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset
Ensure accurate guest records, memberships, and payments

Operations & Administrative Duties

Open and/or close the salon as needed
Maintain front desk organization, cleanliness, and brand standards
Support management with reporting on leads, memberships, and front desk performance
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in sales, front desk, hospitality, or customer service (membership-based spa/salon experience preferred)
Proven ability to sell memberships, packages, or recurring services
Strong phone presence and confidence handling objections
Leadership mindset with the ability to coach and motivate others
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with goals and metrics
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
