Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruiting Specialist to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will drive the full cycle recruitment process, from sourcing top talent to onboarding new hires, ensuring we attract and retain high-caliber candidates across various departments. Your energetic approach and strategic mindset will help us build a diverse, talented workforce aligned with our organizational goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your expertise in talent management, candidate sourcing, and relationship management to make a meaningful impact on our company's growth and success.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
Utilize talent management software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS, Workday, or Taleo to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
Develop innovative sourcing strategies using social media marketing (recruitment), HR sourcing techniques, and cold calling to attract passive and active candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and craft compelling job descriptions that align with employment law in talent management.
Conduct high-volume recruitment campaigns for entry-level roles as well as specialized technical recruiting for niche skill sets.
Maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and participate in campus recruitment initiatives to build a strong talent pipeline.
Ensure compliance with HR legal standards including employment & labor law, HR legal compliance, and contracts management throughout the hiring process.
Manage candidate evaluation processes, including interviews and employee evaluations, to select the best-fit candidates for each role.
Support onboarding activities such as employee orientation and employee relations initiatives to facilitate smooth integration into the organization.
Track recruitment metrics and generate reports using HRIS or HR systems like SAP PeopleSoft or Kronos to optimize hiring strategies.

Experience

Proven experience in full cycle recruiting within fast-paced environments, demonstrating success in high-volume recruitment scenarios.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage candidate expectations effectively while maintaining organizational standards.
Familiarity with talent management software such as Lever, UltiPro, or Workday; experience with ATS platforms like iCIMS or Taleo is preferred.
Knowledge of employment law in talent management and HR legal compliance to ensure all hiring practices adhere to legal standards.
Excellent communication skills for engaging candidates through social media management (recruitment), cold calling, and relationship management.
Experience in technical recruiting and executive recruiting is highly desirable.
Ability to research market trends and leverage lead generation techniques for talent acquisition success.
Strong organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
