Personal Trainer

Location: Savannah, GA

F45 Training is a team-based functional training facility that is taking the world by storm. F45 places a huge emphasis on the "three key factors" of motivation, innovation and results. The workouts are a combination of functional exercises, HIIT, and circuit training. Our classes are unique, fun and highly addictive which is why F45 Training is currently the fastest growing network of fitness studios in the world.

F45 Starland is seeking a talented Trainer to join the team. We are seeking a high-quality Group Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer for part-time employment.

You will be an integral part of the growth of our studio and have the ability to progress into a full-time role if desired.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Deliver high quality, results-focused F45 group fitness classes
Drive results for members
Set up the studio before and after training sessions
Ensure studio cleanliness and high standard of operation
Motivate studio members during and after training
Assist with membership retention
Help foster a positive community-based team-training environment
Help the Manager ensure the business operates at the highest level

We are searching for Trainers who are:

Passionate about motivating our members to push their limits
Able to deliver high level customer service every single day
Have the ability to coach and cue strength and fitness movements correctly
Willing to work flexible hours
Eager to be actively involved in growing the business
Self-motivated, driven and willing to learn and work as part of our team
Able to provide a very high standard of training and service
Full of energy and confident generating a motivating training environment
Have a 'can do' attitude

Key Attributes:

Exceptional verbal and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to develop strong relationships with clients
Outstanding time management and organizational skills

Experience and Qualifications:

Experience delivering Group Fitness sessions
Certified with a nationally recognized personal training certification
Current First Aid & CPR/AED certification
current professional liability insurance

Job Type: Part-time/Full-time

Pay: $25.00 to $35.00 /hour
