FRONT DESK STAFF

in Port Aransas

Working at a condominium and tired of nightly rentals? Come to work at one of best places in Port A! Cline’s Landing is looking for a full time desk clerk to work from 3pm to 11pm Tuesday - Saturday .

This is a year-around position with great hourly pay, benefits, bonuses and a great work environment. Looking for someone who is organized, great with Excel & Word, has nice handwriting, can multi-task and is comfortable enforcing rules.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in an occasionally fast-paced environment.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
Controlling site access, directing calls to appropriate personnel and taking messages when necessary.
Rule enforcement.
Provide administrative support by managing calendars, scheduling maintenance and maintaining office supplies.
Utilize Excel and Word for sharing data and record-keeping.
Assist with customer inquiries.
Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring it is welcoming and professional at all times.
Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy before distribution.
Utilize Excel and Word for document creation, data entry, and communication with team members.
Handle customer support requests efficiently, resolving issues or escalating them as needed.
Monitoring activities on the property.
Accepting deliveries, contacting persons and maintaining inventory
Keeping areas clean and clear

Requirements

Strong customer service skills.
Expert in Excel and Word.
Good handwriting and note taking
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail in a busy environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Previous experience in administrative roles is an asset.
This is an active position that would require walking to monitor activities on the property.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills are essential.
