What You’ll Do

As an Apartment Property Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind your community’s success—leading your team, maximizing financial performance, and ensuring a top-tier resident experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead & Develop a high-performing team, including Leasing Agents & Maintenance Staff
Drive Property Performance by meeting occupancy, revenue, and expense goals
Implement Marketing Strategies to attract and retain residents
Ensure Compliance with Fair Housing Laws, lease agreements, and company policies
Build Relationships with residents to maintain a positive community environment
Oversee Maintenance & Operations to ensure well-kept, fully functional properties
Utilize Property Management Software (ResMan or similar) to track performance
Manage Budgets & Financial Reporting to maximize NOI and property value
Drive Leasing Efforts to maintain high occupancy rates and resident satisfaction

What You Bring

✔ 3+ years of experience in property management, with proven leadership skills
✔ Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets & expenses
✔ Expertise in leasing, marketing, and resident relations
✔ Proficiency in ResMan or similar property management software
✔ Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws & property regulations
✔ Ability to problem-solve, multitask, and drive results
✔ A motivated, team-first attitude with a passion for creating great communities
