Location: Port Charlotte Florida - In office

Position Type: Full-Time (M-F 8-5pm)

Compensation: Expected OTE: ~ Approximately $48,000/year

The Role

As a Sales Telemarketer, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers and play a key role in creating new business opportunities. You will use cutting edge technology to spark conversations with IT hardware decision-makers at target corporations. Your mission is to bring high energy to the phone, hit daily activity targets, gather technical infrastructure data, and spot sales opportunities.

What You’ll Do

Prospect: Use our autodialer system to make outbound calls and emails to IT contacts at target organizations.
Connect: Speak with IT professionals and identify potential business needs, opportunities, and upcoming projects.
Qualify Accounts: Gather key information about each organization, including employee count, current technology infrastructure, and equipment manufacturers.
Identify Decision-Makers: Determine each contact’s role in the purchasing process, including whether they are a user, influencer, or decision-maker.
Research Opportunities: Learn about the account and identify potential opportunities for Network Craze’s products and services.
Maintain Accurate Records: Document conversations, account information, and follow-up opportunities in the CRM.
Follow Up: Contact qualified prospects and maintain consistent communication to move opportunities forward.
Meet Activity Goals: Work toward established daily call, email, conversation, and lead-generation targets.

What You Bring to the Table

Strong Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with prospects over the phone and through email.
Conversation Skills: Comfortable asking questions, listening to prospects, and identifying business needs.
Bounce-Back Attitude: High resilience and the ability to confidently handle and flip common corporate pushback.
Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems, autodialers, email, and other sales tools.
Productivity & Time Management. The focus and determination to stay locked-in.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour during the initial training period.
60-Day Pay Increase: Upon successfully completing the 60-day training period, your hourly rate increases to $17.00 per hour.
Qualified Conversation Bonus: Earn an additional $10.00 for each qualified conversation.
Bonus: Earn a $50.00 bonus for each customer meeting completed with our sales team.
