Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.
Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for staff members.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and proofreading documents.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming at all times.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.

Requirements

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Familiarity with receptionist duties is a plus but not required.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Attention to detail with strong proofreading capabilities.
