Duties

Reach out to potential clients through outreach campaigns to introduce our services and gather interest
Engage with customers via phone and face to face providing clear information about our offerings and answering inquiries
Assist new clients with account setup, data entry, and verification processes to ensure accurate onboarding
Maintain detailed records of client interactions using Microsoft Office tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and convert leads into active accounts
Provide exceptional customer support by addressing questions promptly and professionally
Collaborate with team members to improve outreach strategies and enhance overall client experience

Skills

Multilingual abilities are highly valued to connect with diverse client bases effectively
Strong sales aptitude with experience direct sales, B2B, B2C or direct marketing
Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency is a plus
Proven customer service skills with a friendly phone etiquette and professional demeanor
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy
Data entry accuracy with fast typing skills; attention to detail is essential
Ability to analyze information quickly and efficiently to resolve client issues or inquiries
Knowledge of customer support best practices, client services, and analysis skills
