Commercial Insurance ProducerFor Producers Who Want To Actually Sell, Not Service

You already know how to sell. You may be doing it right now at another agency.

But somewhere along the way, “producer” started to mean spending too much of the week on service work, marketing your own deals, chasing certificates, and splitting commissions in ways that do not always reflect the producer’s effort.

If that is the version of the job you are tired of, RAM Risk Group may be a better fit.

What We’ve Built

RAM Risk Group is an independent commercial insurance agency built for producers who want to focus on new business.

We offer:

High commission splits on new business and renewals
A book you build, with renewal compensation tied to what you produce
A full service department so you are not chasing endorsements and COIs
A dedicated AE team handling marketing, submissions, proposals, and binding
A process where you bring the opportunity and the team supports the placement process
Social media workflow, networking support, outreach scripts, and strategies already built and tested
Carrier appointments and wholesale relationships already in place
Experience in contractors, construction, roofers, septic, marinas, developers, and related commercial risks
A high-energy, motivated team you can grow alongside

Role and Compensation

This is a true producer role focused on new business.

This is for producers who want to prospect, create opportunities, and spend their time selling.

There is no salary and no draw. This is a commission-based producer opportunity. If you are already commission-only, this is the same model with stronger economics, better support, and a more organized process behind you.

Candidates who are newer to commission sales should understand that it can take 6-12 months to build a real book, so having the runway to get there is important.

You’ll Do Well Here If You:

Are already producing at another commercial insurance agency
Hold an active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license
Are based in Florida or have experience selling into Florida commercial markets
Are frustrated by commission splits, service load, or lack of support
Want to spend more time selling and less time servicing
Have a network or relationships you have already turned into opportunities
Are coachable
Have high energy
Are comfortable with weekly contact goals
Are comfortable having activity and pipeline updates tracked
Want to build something you own
Can work in a high-expectation sales culture

This May Not Be The Right Fit If You:

Need a salary or draw
Want a service-only or account management role
Do not want weekly contact goals
Do not want activity tracked
Prefer a less structured sales environment
Are not comfortable with commission-based upside
Are not ready to build a book over time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
