Job Title: Human Resources & Office Manager

Position Summary
The Human Resources & Office Manager plays a key role in supporting employees, maintaining efficient office operations, and assisting with financial and administrative processes. This position works closely with leadership, including the VP of Finance, and offers hands-on exposure to HR, office management, and the opportunity to learn Accounts Receivable. The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and eager to grow their skills across multiple areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions and support
Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee records
Assist with benefits administration and payroll coordination
Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with employment regulations
Support performance reviews and employee engagement initiatives

Office Management

Oversee daily office operations and maintain an organized work environment
Manage office supplies, vendors, and facilities needs
Coordinate meetings, events, and internal communications
Provide administrative support to leadership

Finance & Accounts Receivable Support (Training Provided)

Work closely with the VP of Finance on payroll, benefits, and HR-related reporting
Learn and assist with invoicing, payment tracking, and customer account follow-ups
Maintain accurate records and support basic AR reporting
Assist with audits, documentation, and compliance-related tasks

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in HR, office administration, or related field
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
High level of discretion and professionalism
Willingness to learn financial and accounting processes
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Experience with QuickBooks a plus

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
