Full-Time Monday - Friday (Overtime Available)

$23.00 - $25.00/hour Monday to Friday

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Field Services Administrator to support our construction operations team. This role serves as a key link between field supervisors, project management, payroll, accounting, and customers—ensuring accurate timekeeping, labor reporting, and project documentation.

At Solid Platforms, Inc. we look for employees who like a challenge and can communicate effectively in all situations. In this role, you will be supporting field personnel by assisting in daily timesheet preparation and review, reconciliation of daily time to customer/owner swipe systems and ensuring the accuracy of internal job costing information, amongst other duties. You will also assist in maintaining scaffold tag logs as well as reviewing and submitting daily rental agreements in the TRACK system. Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily administrative support to field supervisors and project teams
Review, reconcile, and maintain employee timesheets and labor records
Ensure accurate payroll and billing by reconciling labor data with customer systems
Allocate labor and equipment hours to projects and cost codes
Monitor purchase orders, funding, and assist with change orders
Analyze and resolve discrepancies related to payroll, job costing, and project data
Collaborate with internal teams and customers to maintain smooth project operation

Qualifications:

High school diploma required; 2–3 years of relevant construction, payroll, or project support experience preferred
Strong understanding of construction labor reporting and payroll processes
Experience with job costing and timekeeping systems (TRACK preferred)
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
