Full Job Description

Catering Manager – 7am – 7pm

As a leader in the restaurant, the Catering Manager will be responsible for overseeing all catering orders (delivery and pickup). They start by ensuring that all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service. The Catering Manager should ensure that the orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. The Catering Manager is responsible for writing the catering plan each day and executing the plan daily.

They will be tasked with ensuring we are meeting the requirements necessary to create remarkable experiences with focus on speed of service, taste, leading and coaching the team and overall guest experience. The Catering Manager will be expected to set the standard for signature service and therefore must lead by example. To do this, the Catering Manager must be hands on and needs to actively show a passion for service. This role must be willing to work approximately 9am – 5pm weekdays and Saturdays and willing to come in earlier or stay later as needed.

Specific Experience: Required: Some College Required: Strong analytical and problem solving skills Required: Experience as a leader in the customer service industry or manufacturing Other Characteristics: Excellent customer service Strong communication/written/verbal skills Strong interpersonal skills: gets along well with others Able to lift 40 - 60 pounds on a consist basis Ability to prioritize Great Organizational skills Close attention to detail Ability to multi-task Detail orientated Able to work well independently and in a team environment Servant spirit with strong sense of stewardship Self-starter who completes tasks without excessive supervision

Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above This is a full time position. This person must be skilled in time management. This person must be self-directed and highly organized. This person must have intermediate computer skills. This person must master all knowledge and skills of every position in the Restaurant including management and office work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
