Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Epoxy Floor Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing durable and high-quality epoxy flooring systems across various commercial projects. Your expertise will help transform spaces, ensuring long-lasting finishes that meet safety standards and client specifications. This position is essential in helping us deliver durable and aesthetically pleasing flooring solutions!

Job Duties
· Load trucks and vans with all proper items needed to complete the job.
· Prepare and prep floors for installation.
· Proper usage of all tools, power tools and equipment.
· Application of coatings to prepared concrete surfaces.
· Maintain proper housekeeping and adhere to job site safety and regulations.
· Complete all training in a timely manner.
· All installers are required to conduct themselves in a safe manner at all times to ensure their safety and the safety of those around them.
· Participate in safety and job related huddles and meetings.
· Proper usage of all PPE and safety equipment.
· Other duties as assigned by crew leader.
Safety
· Ensure that each team member is completing work in safe manner and following safety protocols.
· Visually inspect work areas.
· Participate in job huddles and review safety requirements for each project.
Skills and Abilities
· Proper usage and handling of all tools and equipment.
· Valid State of Michigan drivers license with the ability to obtain a Chauffeur license.
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
· Focused on safety and maintaining high safety standards.
Ability to travel inside the State of Michigan as well as outside the State of Michigan.
· Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
Requirements
- Proven experience in flooring installation or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in Construction.
- Familiarity with tile laying and other flooring materials is preferred.
- Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and a background check!
- Ability to travel overnight(s) at times to work at different sites.
