Tool & Die Maker | $37.54 - $39.14/hr. + Shift Premium + Biannual Increases Near Kalamazoo, Michigan

Are you an experienced Tool & Die Maker looking for a long-term opportunity with a respected manufacturing leader?

We are seeking a skilled Tool & Die Maker to support metal stamping operations through preventive maintenance, die repair, troubleshooting, and die set operations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable company offering competitive pay, outstanding benefits, and ongoing wage growth.

· $37.54 - $39.14 per hour (based on qualifications)

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on metal stamping dies
Repair and adjust dies to meet production and quality standards
Perform die set operations
Troubleshoot tooling and equipment issues in a production environment
Support continuous improvement initiatives and production uptime

Qualifications

Experience in a sheet metal stamping environment required
Experience with large transfer and progressive dies required
High school diploma or technical school training preferred
Journeyman Tool & Die Card preferred
Ability to work an off-shift schedule
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
