We’re hiring Clinical Associates (ABA Technicians) across Central Valley , perfect for recent grads, paraprofessionals, and anyone passionate about working with students using evidence-based ABA.
• Provide ABA services in the home & community settings
• Implement behavior plans under BCBA supervision
• Assist with assessments and data collection
• Teach communication, social, academic, and life skills
• Collaborate closely with BCBAs and performance coaches
• Travel locally for placements (within reasonable driving distance)

Experience in ABA is a plus but not required. We provide training and help you obtain RBT certification if needed.

$19.00–$25/hr starting rate

- Part Time positions available and can lead into Full - Time !
- Average of 30 hours over 60 days will lead into Full - Time status. (Must also maintain average to keep status)
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 7:30 PM, Saturdays 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (varies based on client needs).
- Primary service areas: Tulare, Visalia, Hanford, Goshen, Exeter, Lindsay.
- Travel required within the assigned region for in-home based services.
