RN Nurse Manager – Long-Term Care (LTC)

Pay: Up to $51/hour ($104,000+ annually for qualified candidates)
Sign-On Bonus: $7,500
Job Type: Full-time

Job Overview

The Cedars is a non-profit senior living community seeking an experienced RN Nurse Manager – Long-Term Care (LTC) to lead a dedicated neighborhood of residents and nursing staff.

This leadership role is ideal for a strong RN with long-term care or skilled nursing experience who is focused on quality outcomes, staff development, and resident-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily operations of a Long-Term Care nursing neighborhood
Supervise and support RN, LPN, and CNA staff
Ensure high-quality, resident-centered care delivery
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams (rehab, care coordination, providers)
Drive quality improvement and resident outcomes
Promote teamwork, accountability, and staff development
Participate in on-call rotation

Requirements

Active RN license in the State of Maine
Minimum 3 years of experience in LTC, skilled nursing, rehab, or post-acute care
Leadership experience (Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Unit Manager, or similar)
Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
Commitment to resident-centered care

Preferred Qualifications

BSN preferred
Prior Nurse Manager or supervisory experience in long-term care
Experience in interdisciplinary care settings
