Full Job Description

Scope– Executes pre-planned banquet & member events, delivering services and supervising floor service staff in an upscale social membership private club and conference center, with an emphasis on fine dining hospitality and customer service.

Schedule– Full- or part-time. Must be able to work lunch and dinner events weekdays and weekends.

Duties– Execute refined events pursuant to banquet event order, guide and direct staff through their job assignments, work with and support other supervisors to share staff across events. Supervise events in a hands-on manner from preset through cleanup.

Requirements– Must be professional, well spoken, friendly and accommodating with the ability to lead and manage others in a team environment. Successful candidates will be gracious and professional, with reasoning and problem-solving skills. You should enjoy creating exceptional experiences for others! Knowledge of service standards and fine dining helpful. Your record of accomplishment must show that you are dependable, reliable and conscientious; you take initiative and work well independently and with others. Career hospitality experience/education desired, but we’re willing to train the right person.
