Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products and services, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth within their designated territory. This role requires a proactive approach to customer engagement, effective negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
Engage in outside sales activities, including cold calling and networking to identify new business opportunities.
Manage existing client relationships while actively seeking new customers within your territory.
Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for market penetration and growth.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively position our offerings.

Experience

Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales role or territory management.
2-3 Years Min. experience in Material Handling sales/CSR
Strong background in customer service with a focus on building long-term relationships.
Familiarity with product demonstrations and the ability to effectively communicate value propositions.
Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Experience in cold calling and prospecting new clients is highly desirable.
Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
