Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Office Manager to lead our front desk team and ensure smooth daily operations at our vibrant hotel. In this pivotal role, you will oversee guest services, manage reservations, coordinate with various departments, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality. Your leadership will foster a warm, efficient environment that delights guests and supports our team’s success.

Responsibilities

Supervise front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, guest inquiries, and reservation management using property management systems .
Lead and motivate front office staff to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring phone etiquette and guest relations are maintained at all times.
Oversee the night audit process to reconcile daily financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
Handle guest complaints or issues promptly with effective customer service problem-solving skills, ensuring guest satisfaction is prioritized.
Maintain knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and ensure staff are trained to respond appropriately in various situations.
Manage multi-line phone systems and ensure clear communication with guests, clients, and internal departments.
Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to ensure seamless guest experiences and property upkeep.

Experience

Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk supervision within a hotel environment.
Strong knowledge of hotel management software such as property management systems (PMS).
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest communication.
Demonstrated expertise in customer service, guest relations, and front desk operations.
Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, night audit processes, and resort or hotel experience preferred.
Excellent phone communication skills with proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and client communication.
Ability to solve customer service problems swiftly while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
