Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, providing outstanding customer service, and supporting daily office operations. Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
Manage multi-line phone systems to handle guest inquiries, reservations, and internal communications
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating spreadsheets using productivity software
Handle clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing calendars, and organizing office supplies
Support office management activities including scheduling appointments and managing client communication
Ensure the front desk area remains organized, welcoming, and professional at all times

Requirements

Proven experience in office management or front desk roles with strong organizational skills
Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data entry skills
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to communicate effectively with guests and staff
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred, including familiarity with productivity software like spreadsheets and word processing tools
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining high accuracy in all tasks
