Pavement Maintenance, LLC is hiring a Painter / Parking Lot Striper for a day shift position. This is a hands-on field role where you will work as part of a crew to apply pavement markings and layouts across commercial and municipal job sites.
No experience is required. We provide training for individuals who are dependable, motivated, and willing to learn.
In this role, you will assist with striping parking lots, including repainting existing lines, applying stencils and markings, and learning how to perform more advanced layouts using chalk lines and proper spacing techniques. You will work closely with experienced crew members to develop the skills needed to perform high-quality, accurate striping work.
This position requires physical activity, including frequent walking, bending, and handling materials such as paint buckets and equipment. Work is performed outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Employees are expected to follow all safety procedures, maintain a strong work ethic, and represent the company professionally on job sites.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly pay range of $19 to $20 per hour depending on experience. Overtime opportunities available. No prior striping experience required. Training will be provided. Candidates must demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn in a team environment.
Must be able to pass a pre employment drug screening in accordance with applicable laws.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work including walking, bending, and standing for extended periods. Must be able to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
