Full Job Description

Opportunity

While most of McBride Construction’s success relies on repeat business during our 40 years in existence, we’re always aiming to develop additional leads in the mitigation and reconstruction world. This is where you, an experienced salesperson in the Portland area, thrives. This position is a relationship builder, an advocate for not only McBride, but the customers we work for after the sale. You’ll represent our family-owned business at various events, associations, and take part in after-hours events. This role reports to ownership and is part of a larger marketing team in Seattle.

Directly Responsible For

Identifying area specific business prospects, building relationships, driving business growth and reach.
Following up possible leads, building relationships with possible customers, associations and architects. Become their first call.
Working with our marketing team in Seattle and with our construction managers in Portland, create and deliver sales proposals to possible and existing clients.
Create and help distribute advertising materials, both physical and electronic forms of communication.

Required Education / Experience:

Background in inside/outside sales and support
Deep knowledge of MS Suite
Relationship development and follow-up
Valid drivers license
Experience managing social media a positive but not required.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
