Full Job Description

Responsibilities:

Greet customers when they arrive and escort them when they leave
Generate estimates for repair cost and time
Provide customers with necessary problem/solution information
Coordinate with technicians & parts advisors regarding necessary repairs
Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently
Explain all work completed to customers
Answer questions about performed and upcoming services
Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relationships
Maintain the company’s standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service and community relations
Answer service department phone calls and schedule service appointments
Be a brand and dealer advocate
Maintain positive csi and follow up with customers regarding surveys
Meet minimum performance standards

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 year dealership service advisor experience
Basic automotive knowledge
A charismatic and relatable personality
A desire and drive to be successful with a positive attitude
Follow manufacture guidelines for processing warranty repairs
Ability to communicate suitably through email, phone, and in person
Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions
Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously
Good reading and computer skills
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must pass a drug test
