Must Haves:

3+ years of personal injury litigation experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
E-filing experience in Oregon and Washington courts preferred
Conversational bilingual fluency in Spanish, Vietnamese, Russian, or Ukrainian is a plus
Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate preferred

Your New Role:

This highly regarded plaintiffs’ personal injury firm is in the market for a proactive, accountable Personal Injury Case Manager. In this multifaceted role, your responsibilities will encompass both pre-litigation matters and litigation support.

The attorneys will rely on you to lead the support staff, ensuring that the firm’s standards are met and best practices are followed. You’ll oversee intake, follow up on medical records and police report requests, and track clients’ recovery progress. Your litigation support duties will include scheduling meetings, depositions, hearings, and mediations; drafting correspondence with insurance companies and opposing counsel; and updating clients throughout the lifecycle of the case.

The firm’s paralegal handles e-filing, and you’ll provide back-up support as needed, so e-filing experience in Oregon or Washington courts is preferred. The firm has clients that speak a variety of languages, including Spanish, Vietnamese, Russian, and Ukrainian. Bilingual fluency in any of these languages is a big plus!

The attorneys trust the staff to handle their workloads and don’t micromanage, so you’ll have plenty of autonomy and can take ownership of your responsibilities.

This is a hybrid position: 3-4 days in-office after training.
