Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various marketing disciplines, including social media, email marketing, content creation, and analytics. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance Wolf's brand visibility and engagement around modular homes and ADUs.
Create and manage content for social media across various platforms, and the company website to increase audience reach and interaction.
Oversee email marketing efforts, including campaign creation, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with designers, architects, and sales teams to showcase the versatility of our homes.
Create and edit blog posts.
Update and maintain the company website.
Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Lead copywriting efforts for promotional materials, website content, and other communication channels using Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.
Foster relationships with external partners and stakeholders to enhance marketing outreach.
Review Google Analytics and Ad campaigns.

Requirements

A natural curiosity about housing innovation and sustainable living.
Proven experience in a marketing role with a focus on social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
Proficient in WordPress websites.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger for growth and the ability to think outside the box, to learn and adapt to the customer and industry needs/trends and bring a fresh marketing approach.
Proficiency in HTML for email design and web content management is preferred.
Strong research skills to analyze market trends and consumer behavior effectively.
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content that drives action.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and Ad campaigns for tracking campaign performance.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
