Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Property Management Coordinator to help oversee a residential portfolio throughout the Portland Metro area. This role is responsible for protecting client assets, delivering an exceptional resident experience, coordinating maintenance, ensuring legal compliance, and driving operational excellence.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions-oriented, emotionally intelligent, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position works closely with owners, residents, vendors, the Property Management Coordinator, and the Stratvian leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of residential properties from lease execution through move-out.
Serve as the point of contact for property owners, residents, and vendors.
Monitor rent collection, delinquency, lease compliance, and resident communications.
Ensure compliance with Oregon and Washington landlord-tenant laws, fair housing regulations, and company policies.
Review owner statements, property performance metrics, and operational reports.
Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows, and client experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
Identify and execute opportunities for portfolio growth with an upside income potential

Qualifications

Active Oregon Property Manager or Real Estate License(Washington license a plus).
Previous residential property management experience.
Experience with AppFolio or similar property management software.
Strong understanding of landlord-tenant law, fair housing, and lease enforcement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
Proficiency with Google Workspace and familiarity with AI web based tools.
Comfortable using technology, reporting tools, and cloud-based systems.
Valid license and good driving record with the ability to drive the company vehicle to conduct showings and inspections.
