Description
Program Coordinator - Heart Wellness at Providence Mother Joseph Plaza Portland. This is a Full-Time (1.0 FTE), Day Shift position, 40 hours per week, 9AM-5PM, with expectation of a minimum of 4 days in the office (1 day remote).
The Program Coordinator supports all manner of programmatic projects and outreach. The Program Coordinator provides support and assistance in project management and documentation.

Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Business, or related field or 4 years of experience in health care field (or related community health)
2 years of Project management or coordination experience.
Preferred qualifications:
1 year of experience facilitating groups involved in collaborative projects.
1 year of experience working in a research-related position.
1 year of experience with IRB requirements and processes.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
