Full Job Description

Are you a compassionate, driven leader with a deep understanding of mental health care and a commitment to operational excellence? We are currently seeking a skilled RN Administrator, to oversee day-to-day operations, lead a dedicated care team, and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment for individuals living with mental illness.

This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact while leading two 16 bed facilities that are clinically responsive and community driven.

About the Role

The RN Administrator plays a central leadership role, responsible for the overall management of our licensed assisted living facility, which supports adults with mental health needs. You’ll oversee regulatory compliance, resident care, staff supervision, interagency collaboration, and more, all while fostering a compassionate, resident-centered culture.

Who We’re Looking For

A mission-focused, highly organized professional with both the heart for behavioral health care and the mind for operations. You’re comfortable managing regulatory standards, leading a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring high-quality outcomes for vulnerable populations.

Key Responsibilities

· Ensure smooth, compliant 24/7 facility operations in accordance with Washington State WAC/RCW and internal policies

· Supervise and support facility staff, including the Mental Health Professionals, and Nursing staff

· Oversee care coordination, admissions, discharges, treatment planning, and incident reporting

· Run leadership team meetings and monthly treatment planning sessions

· Oversee scheduling of meaningful resident activities and community integration

· Coordinate with physicians, behavioral health providers, and community agencies to ensure wraparound support

· Provide staff training and ensure all team members attend required meetings and development sessions

· Remain available via phone for emergencies

Minimum Requirements

Candidates must have at least one year experience as an Administrator at an Assisted Living or Mental Health Facility, current RN License, and be able to pass a Washington State Background Check.

Salary Range: $120,000 – $130,000/year, commensurate with experience
