Position Summary
The Worship Leader exists to help people encounter Jesus by creating an authentic, Christ-centered worship environment. This individual will lead worship on Sunday mornings, invest in the spiritual and musical development of the worship team, assist with campus communication and social media throughout the week, and actively participate in the life and mission of North Church Coeur d’Alene.
Primary ResponsibilitiesSunday Worship
· Lead worship during Sunday morning services.
· Prepare and communicate song selections, charts, and service flow.
· Rehearse and lead the worship team.
· Work alongside the Campus Pastor to create services that support the weekly message.
· Help cultivate an atmosphere that encourages congregational worship rather than performance.
Worship Team Development
· Recruit, encourage, and develop worship team members.
· Schedule volunteers and communicate expectations throughout the week.
· Provide spiritual encouragement and coaching for team members.
· Help maintain a culture of humility, excellence, and teamwork.
Campus Leadership
· Attend weekly coaching and leadership meetings.
· Participate in church-wide events and campus initiatives.
· Support the overall mission and vision of North Church.
· Be an active member of the Coeur d’Alene campus community.
Social Media & Marketing
· Assist with weekly social media content.
· Help promote Sunday services, events, and ministry opportunities.
· Collaborate with church leadership on graphics, videos, and online communication.
· Maintain a consistent online presence that reflects the mission of North Church.
Qualifications
· A growing and authentic relationship with Jesus Christ.
· Agrees with the beliefs, mission, and values of North Church.
· Demonstrates a heart for serving the local church.
· Ability to confidently lead congregational worship vocally and instrumentally (preferred).
· Strong communication and organizational skills.
· Dependable, teachable, and works well with a team.
· Basic familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication.

Estimated Weekly Commitment
Approximately 5-6 hours per week, including:
· Sunday worship service and rehearsal
· Weekly coaching meeting
· Worship preparation
· Social media and marketing tasks
· Communication with volunteers

Pay: From $100.00 per week
