Framing, Siding & Roofing Superintendent

Location: Spokane, WA & Surrounding Areas
Pay Range: $30 – $45 per hour (DOE) + 100% fuel reimbursement + vehicle reimbursement if using personal vehicle
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Overtime available)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Framing, Siding & Roofing Superintendent to lead both production builds and high-end custom home projects. You’ll be the on-site leader managing crews, schedules, quality, and safety while keeping things moving smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

Lead day-to-day field operations for framing, siding, and roofing crews.
Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents accurately.
Coordinate with project managers, employees, vendors, subcontractors, and inspectors.
Oversee punch lists and final project completion.
Enforce safety standards and maintain organized job sites.
Adapt quickly to changing site conditions and project needs.
Communicate clearly with crews, leadership, and clients.
Track progress, daily logs, and site documentation efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

Blueprint Mastery: Must read, understand, and interpret blueprints at a high level—capable of doing takeoffs when needed.
Exceptional Organization: Able to stay ahead on scheduling, materials, and documentation—no dropped balls.
Problem-Solving Pro: Think outside the box to tackle challenges and keep projects moving smoothly.
3+ years hands-on framing experience (required)
Leadership experience managing framing, siding, or roofing crews
Excellent communication and team coordination skills
Calm under pressure with strong critical thinking abilities
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
