Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Fine Dining Front of the House Manager to lead our hospitality team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. In this role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure top-tier customer service, and manage staff to create a welcoming and efficient environment. Your leadership will drive the success of our food service offerings, uphold safety standards, and maintain smooth shift management. Responsibilities

Supervise front of house staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating team members to foster a motivated and professional workforce
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including shift management, ensuring timely food service and excellent customer interactions
Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation
Ensure compliance with food safety standards, proper food handling procedures, and cleanliness protocols across the front of house
Control inventory levels for supplies and beverages, monitor stock rotation, and coordinate with kitchen management for food production needs
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests
Conduct staff training on food preparation basics, customer service excellence, POS operation, and health & safety regulations

Experience

Proven management experience in fast food or quick service restaurant environments with a strong background in hospitality management
Demonstrated supervising experience within casual dining or fine dining settings; experience with banquet or catering is a plus
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling expertise required
Background in food preparation, kitchen management, or culinary experience preferred
Strong leadership skills with the ability to train & develop teams effectively; experience in interviewing and onboarding staff is advantageous
Knowledge of food safety regulations and food industry standards; experience managing food safety programs is highly desirable
Previous roles involving shift management, restaurant operations oversight, or assistant manager responsibilities are ideal
