The Job

You must be at least 18 years old
Compensation is $16-$18 per hour
Must have Valid Drivers License
Must have a reliable and insured vehicle
Must be able to pass a Background Check
Must be willing to work with a strong willed client

THE DUTIES

Our staff assist participants with daily living in their homes as well as in the community
Work as a team with other direct care staff in the home encouraging participants towards increased independence
Meal planning and preparation, organizational skills, appointments and organizing a schedule
As needed, transport the participant to their scheduled activities throughout the community
Assist with taking and documenting medications
Most Importantly get the client out in the community experiencing life and having fun! For example going to the movies, bowling, a day at the lake, Tubbs Hill, and anything else fun or exciting you can think of!
Assisting with peri-care (showering, medications, wiping, etc), cooking, and cleaning. As well as handling appointments and everyday morning situations.
