Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Your expertise in food preparation, culinary techniques, and food safety will help deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and presentation excellence
Assist in menu planning and ingredient selection to support seasonal offerings and customer preferences
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation following food safety protocols at all times
Handle food with care, demonstrating proper knife skills and food handling techniques to ensure safety and quality
Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate meal preparation during busy service periods
Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food while maintaining quality standards
Serve dishes efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive service and presentation

Experience

Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced restaurant or fine dining establishment
Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food industry standards
Experience with dietary department procedures and dietary aide responsibilities is a plus
Skilled in menu planning, meal preparation, and food handling safety practices
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment with excellent communication skills
Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation, knife skills, and food safety regulations is essential
Previous catering experience or restaurant experience is highly desirable
