<Overview>
Join our dynamic team as a Staffing/HR Coordinator and play a vital role in shaping a thriving, engaged workforce! This energetic position offers the opportunity to lead talent acquisition efforts, streamline HR processes, and foster positive employee relations across the organization. You will be at the forefront of implementing strategic HR initiatives, managing employee lifecycle activities, and ensuring compliance with employment laws—all while supporting a vibrant company culture that values growth, collaboration, and innovation. Responsibilities will include developing work schedules by allocating employees to fulfill available patient healthcare shifts. If you’re passionate about human resources management and eager to make a meaningful impact, this role is your chance to shine!

<Responsibilities>

Coordinate full-cycle talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates , conducting interviews, and managing onboarding activities such as employee orientation and training programs.
Administer benefits programs and manage benefits enrollment, ensuring employees understand their options and receive timely support.
Maintain accurate HR data entry within HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms to ensure data integrity for payroll, workforce management, and reporting.
Support employee relations initiatives by addressing workplace concerns, facilitating conflict management, and promoting positive communication across teams.
Assist with compliance efforts related to FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), workers’ compensation, and affirmative action planning.
Contribute to organizational design projects, change management strategies, and succession planning efforts to optimize workforce effectiveness.
Prepare reports on HR metrics such as employee evaluation outcomes, performance management progress, and training & development participation for leadership review.

<Skills>

Strong knowledge of human capital management practices including talent management, employee evaluation, and performance management.
Proficiency with MS Excel is highly desirable.
Deep understanding of employment & labor law regulations to ensure organizational compliance.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey HR policies and foster positive employee relations.
Demonstrated project management skills for coordinating multiple HR initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience in benefits administration, payroll systems like ADP, and data collection/reporting tools.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion; adept at conflict management and leveraging change management strategies.
