NOW HIRING: Sales Representative for our Farmington, Missouri location

Join Our Growing Beverage Manufacturing Team!

We are a growing beverage manufacturing company seeking an experienced B2B Sales Representative to support the operation within a beverage manufacturing industry. If you are a motivated and experienced with developing customer relationships, who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we’d love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

Customer Acquisition & Growth

 Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities

 Grow existing accounts through expanded SKUs, formats, or volumes

 Maintain pipeline visibility (volume, revenue, timing)

Commercial Alignment (What We Sell)

 Product offering (SKU, packaging, formulation type)

 Volume expectations

 Commercial terms (pricing, MOQs, lead times)

 Ensure opportunities align with plant technical capabilities

Customer Relationship Ownership

 Serve as executive-level customer owner

 Build long-term strategic relationships

 Manage escalations at commercial level

Opportunity Feasibility Alignment

 Engage Planning, Quality, and Operations for:

i. Feasibility reviews

ii. Capacity validation

 Avoid over-promising or misaligned commitments

Customer Onboarding Leadership

 Lead transition from “sale” to “execution”

 Ensure successful handoff to CSR:

i. Product requirements

ii. Timing expectations

iii. Risk awareness

Additional Responsibilities:

 Quotation management (presentation, repository, expiration, updates)

 Customer Relationship Management platform startup and maintenance

 Attend approved trade shows and industry events

 Coordinate cross-selling opportunities with packaging business

 Assist marketing in the development of brand collateral and relevant platform investments

 Maintain and submit monthly travel and expenditure reports

 Ensure adherence to company policies, confidentiality, and data integrity

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Experience:

2–4 years of experience in B2B Sales within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food or beverage industry.

Skills:

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Basic math skills and the ability to read

Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and inventory control is a plus.

Experience with Microsoft Software (e.g. Excel, Outlook and Teams) is preferred

Strong attention to detail, accuracy and ability to work under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities.
