ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 1997 and is a close-knit team of three built on experience, service, and strong relationships. I’m a United States Marine Corps veteran and previously worked with the State Farm Credit Union before opening my agency, bringing a disciplined and service-driven approach to the business.

I’m a graduate of Rutgers University’s School of Business and have a large, family-oriented household with children and grandchildren. I also served as a volunteer firefighter and stay involved with the Marine Corps League.

For our team, we offer professional development, licensing paid up front, a family-oriented environment, and a strong focus on work-life balance, along with a welcoming office that includes snacks and small perks.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Andrew Mcfadden - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
Leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
