Position Overview

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll manage front desk operations, schedule appointments, and ensure the smooth flow of daily activities in our office.

Key Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and manage appointment scheduling.
Process patient intake and insurance information accurately.
Maintain organized patient records and ensure confidentiality.
Coordinate with the chiropractic team to ensure efficient workflow.
Handle billing and payment processing as needed.
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and professional.

Qualifications

Previous medical receptionist experience preferred, especially in a chiropractic or healthcare setting.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency with scheduling software and basic office technology.
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processing is a plus.
