Position Overview

Are you a finance and supply chain expert who sees AI and automation as a superpower—not a threat? Do you get excited about using intelligent tools to unlock strategic insights, rather than spending your days on manual data entry? Are you just as comfortable optimizing inventory turns and vendor negotiations as you are building a P&L story that drives better decisions?

If that sounds like you, we’re looking for a hands-on, forward-thinking Finance and Operations Manager who’s excited to take ownership of our finance and supply chain operations—and use intelligent automation to do it better. This isn’t a sit-back-and-manage kind of role, and it’s not a heads-down data entry role either. It’s for someone who enjoys staying close to the work, questioning the status quo, and using modern tools to multiply their impact.

In this role, you’ll own everything from financial management and corporate accounting to procurement, inventory, and supply chain operations. You’ll bring deep domain expertise to drive cost optimization, sharpen our P&L, and keep our supply chain running efficiently—while actively leveraging automation and AI-powered insights to work smarter at every step.

You’ll work closely with our CEO and cross-functional team, giving you real visibility and influence. If you love wearing multiple hats, solving complex problems, and pushing for smarter ways of working, this could be exactly what you’ve been looking for.

Key Responsibilities

Own full-cycle accounting including general ledger, AP/AR, reconciliations, and monthly financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)—leveraging automation to reduce manual effort and focus on analysis
Serve as the internal expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring data integrity and actively identifying opportunities to automate workflows and improve system performance
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities, using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) to surface actionable insights for leadership
Lead end-to-end procurement processes, including vendor selection, negotiation, purchase orders, and supplier relationship management—with a sharp eye on cost optimization and supply reliability
Manage inventory levels and supply planning with a focus on optimizing inventory turns, minimizing carrying costs, and ensuring alignment between supply and operational demand
Oversee warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring accurate inventory documentation and tight alignment between physical stock and system records
Champion intelligent automation and AI-powered tools across finance and operations—acting as the business sponsor who defines what to automate, validates the outputs, and drives adoption of smarter ways of working

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, or finance operations, with demonstrated strength in financial reporting, cost management, and P&L analysis
3+ years of hands-on experience with a modern ERP like Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (required)
Hands-on experience in procurement, supply chain, or inventory management within a small-to-mid-sized company, ideally in a manufacturing or distribution environment
