Qualifications:

- Demonstrated history of personal accountability and unwavering professional integrity.

- Sound proficiency in customer service and communication skills.

- A minimum of two years of experience in a professional environment with a focus on customer service.

- Essential competencies for consideration encompass "Attention to Detail" and "Customer Focus and Orientation”.

Responsibilities:

-Execute reception responsibilities within the medical office by carrying out various tasks such as scheduling appointments, welcoming and checking in patients, handling patient check-out, answering phone calls, responding to emails, verifying insurance coverage, and processing payments.

-Carrying out administrative responsibilities including: managing phone calls, responding to emails, welcoming patients, maintaining patient records both on paper and in our EMR system, and overseeing the patient reception/waiting area. Ability to help medical assistant when needed is a plus.

Summary
As a Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced medical setting. With core skills in medical administrative support and office experience, you will handle patient inquiries, manage appointments, and maintain a welcoming front desk environment. Your premium skills in EMR systems and medical terminology will be essential for accurately documenting patient information and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Your relevant skills multi-line phone systems will further enhance your ability to support dermatology services.
