Full Job Description

Description:

Bull's Bridge Golf Club is currently seeking a professional Line/Rounds Cook who can help prepare meals as per our standard recipes for the busy summer season. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating meal portions, cleaning food, cooking meals and keeping a sanitized work area.

Job Responsibilities

Memorize and utilize our serving portion sizes and all basic meal prep procedures used in the kitchen
Ensure that the kitchen, all food prep areas and all food storage areas meet cleaning standards
Work with team of cooks to prep and cook meals for service.
Monitor product freshness and rotate out old product based on a schedule created by the restaurant
Prepare components of each dish using Chef specified recipes

What we offer

Mostly daytime hours with one to two nights/week
$23-$26/hour
Staff meals
Golf privileges
5-day work week with opportunities for some overtime
A positive work environment with an experienced team

Requirements:

1+ years’ cooking and kitchen experience is welcomed but not necessary
Positive attitude and desire to learn
Ability to work on your feet for eight hours or more a day
High level of professionalism
Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds at a time on a regular basis
