Cannabis Cultivation Associate
Sky High Gardens is seeking a hardworking, reliable individual with a positive attitude and an interest in cannabis cultivation. We take pride in producing high-quality craft cannabis and are looking for someone who can contribute to our team, follow detailed processes, and help maintain the standards of our facility.
This is a labor-intensive, hands-on position. The ideal candidate is dependable, attentive to detail, comfortable working as part of a team, and willing to learn our cultivation methods. Prior cannabis cultivation, horticulture, agriculture, or janitorial experience is preferred, but we are most interested in finding someone with a strong work ethic, good attitude, and ability to follow direction.
Cleaning and facility upkeep are a major part of this role. A successful cultivation team depends on consistency, sanitation, and attention to detail.

Cannabis Cultivation Associate
Responsibilities
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Watering plants
- Pruning and plant maintenance
- Cloning
- Transplanting
- Filling pots with soil
- Moving plants and equipment
- Mixing nutrients according to direction
- Harvesting
- Cleaning grow rooms and cultivation areas
- Assisting with waste destruction
- Supporting facility sanitation and general cleaning tasks
- Assisting cultivation management with additional projects as needed
You will be part of a productive cultivation team responsible for maintaining a perpetual harvest cycle. While experience is helpful, it is important that candidates are open to learning and following our established methods.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work well on a team
- Willingness to perform repetitive, physical, and cleaning-focused tasks
- Ability to lift 30+ pounds on a regular basis
- Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Valid Washington State driver’s license, or ability to obtain one
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of cultivation, horticulture, agriculture, landscaping, or garden experience
- Cannabis industry experience
- Janitorial, sanitation, or facility maintenance experience
- Experience working in a team-based production environment

Compensation
In addition to hourly pay, we offer an incentive program that provides bonuses to staff members based on target cultivation metrics.
