About Inspire Breakthrough's ABA

Inspire Breakthrough's ABA empowers children with autism spectrum disorder to reach their full potential. We use science and data to deliver compassionate applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy, suited to each child's individual needs, personality, and behavior. Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a therapy based on the science of behavior and learning. Positive reinforcement strategies are the main strategy used in ABA. The therapy provided here at Breakthrough ABA is child-centered as we help them develop life skills and instill confidence. We work in the clinic, in the home, and on-site at school.

Who We’re Looking For

We are currently seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCABAs) to join our growing team. Positions are available in clinic, at home, and via tele-health. Both full-time and part-time roles are offered, with paid training provided. If you are passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role

As a BCBA or BCABA, you will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. Your primary focus will be helping these children build essential life skills through evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. You will receive support from an experienced clinical team to ensure the best outcomes for the children and families you serve.

Locations

We are actively hiring in Redmond, Bend, Prineville, and the neighboring areas. For those interested in tele-health positions, please note that you must reside in Oregon to be eligible.

Pay rate: $30-$75 per hour employee and independent contractor positions available.
