Full Job Description

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team. This position is cross-trained to assist in multiple areas of hotel operations, including housekeeping, breakfast service, deep cleaning, and front desk support.

Responsibilities:

Perform regular housekeeping duties including cleaning guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
Assist with scheduled deep cleans to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Set up, stock, monitor, and clean the breakfast area; provide friendly service to guests during breakfast hours.
Provide excellent guest service at the front desk including check-in/check-out, handling reservations, answering phones, and assisting with guest needs.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the property.
Follow all hotel policies, safety, and security procedures.
Support other team members and departments as needed.

Requirements:

Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required; training provided.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Must be able to stand, lift, bend, and move for extended periods.
