Crossing Rivers Health is seeking a Controller to join our team!
Crossing Rivers Health is a comprehensive community health center that provides more than 100 services to the people who live throughout Southwest Wisconsin and Northeast Iowa. We are a Critical Access Hospital nestled in a thriving Midwest, historic river town surrounded by picturesque bluffs offering an abundance of outdoor activities.

Joy : Unity : Integrity : Compassion : ExcellenceThe Controller is responsible for overseeing the accounting and financial operations to ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and sound fiscal management. This position assists with and may lead the organization's accounting functions, budgeting process, financial analysis, reimbursement reporting, internal controls, audits, tax reporting, cash and investment management, and financial compliance activities. Working closely with the CEO and CFO, the Controller provides timely and accurate financial information to support strategic decision making, monitors operating and capital budgets, ensures compliance with governmental and third-party payer requirements, and maintains effective accounting systems and procedures.
The Controller collaborates with department leaders, executive management, the Board of Directors, auditors, and external stakeholders to promote financial stewardship, operational efficiency, and the long-term financial stability of the organization while fostering a culture of continuous performance improvement and accountability.

Bachelor’s Degree (four year college) Required, Field of Study: Accounting or Finance
Experience

3-5 years of experience desired
