Full Job Description

The Role

The Reservation Recovery Operations Coordinator manages inbound and outbound communications, coordinates with agents and third parties, and conducts investigative research to locate and verify collateral on reservation recovery accounts. This role requires strong communication skills, a sense of urgency, and working knowledge of RDN, Recovery Connect, and IBEAM, with all activities conducted in compliance with applicable federal and state regulations.

What You’ll Do

· Outbound and inbound calls as needed to agents and customers

· Contact with third party (police departments and tow yards)

· Investigate and gather information on assets that individuals have evaded or hidden

· Manage and update fee approvals to the appropriate accounts.

· Works out of Wombat, RDN, Recovery Connect Portal, IBEAM and ALS Portal

· Verify information on customers and collateral

· Respond to all emails related to assignments and transport needs

· Provide transport updates such as ETA requests, vehicle condition and vehicle release information to agents.

· Upload all signed transport documents to the appropriate assigned account.

· Process all account closures and holds in appropriate systems.

· Provide follow-up actions on requests for Condition Reports (CR) with manager and other appropriate parties.

What We Are Looking For

· At least a high school diploma or GED is required.

· Positive can-do attitude and strong work ethic.

· Excellent communication skills

· Skilled in the Microsoft suite of products

· Possess a sense of urgency

· Problem solver who is committed to solutions

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections is preferred but not required.
