Full Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team. All experience levels are encouraged to apply. The position can be part-time or full-time based on your preference. You'll work hand-in-hand with our friendly paralegals and attorneys who will provide ongoing training and support. Practice areas: Business law, civil litigation, real estate law, construction law, zoning law, land use law, special district law, estate planning, and probate, trust & estate administration.

Responsibilities (after training):

· Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and filings under attorney/paralegal supervision

· Assist with practice managment such as tracking tasks and deadlines

· Prepare documents for court filing, recording, or delivery

· Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and outside parties by phone and email

· Support client onboarding, including intake calls, gathering documentation, and maintaining client files

· Assist with research and document review

· Other duties as assigned

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· General computer/technology skills including solid typing skills and the ability to learn new systems

Pay:

Base pay is based on experience/ability. In addition to base pay, we provide a monthly performance bonus.
