Job Summary

Service Area: Regional / Statewide
Role: Residential Property Manager (Small Multifamily & Single-Family Homes)

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Residential Property Managers to join our team, specializing in small multifamily and single-family homes. As a Residential Property Manager, you will be responsible for connecting prospective tenants with their ideal home, ensuring a seamless, positive leasing experience, and overseeing the property's full management.

Key Responsibilities

Tenant Relations: Foster positive relationships with applicants by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Property Marketing: Create enticing property listings with high-quality photos and detailed descriptions to attract potential renters.
Property Showings: Conduct property showings, providing comprehensive information about features, amenities, and lease terms.
Tenant Screening: Evaluate rental applications, perform background checks, and assess financial qualifications to select qualified tenants.
Lease Negotiation: Collaborate with property owners and/or senior managers to negotiate lease terms, including rent prices and lease duration.
Lease Execution: Oversee the lease signing process, ensuring all required documents are completed and executed accurately.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about local rental market trends to make informed pricing and marketing decisions.
Legal Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all relevant housing laws, regulations, and fair housing guidelines.
Owner Relations: Handle inquiries from property owners, resolve issues, and ensure compliance.
Maintenance Coordination: Manage maintenance needs, including both routine seasonal upkeep and tenant-submitted requests.

Qualifications

Proven experience in real estate or property management preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of local real estate market trends.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in property management software and digital tools.
Familiarity with local fair housing laws and regulations.

Requirements

Active Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License (State-Required)
Reliable transportation
