Pay: $21–$30 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
On-Call: Required approximately once per month (based on team size)

Position Overview

Rosenbaum Realty Group is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Property Maintenance Coordinator to serve as the central hub between property managers, vendors, and residents.

This role combines office coordination with in-field inspections and offers a company vehicle for work-related use. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, understand property maintenance, and enjoy taking ownership of projects from start to finish, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and dispatch property maintenance work orders
Manage vendor relationships, including scheduling, communication, and performance oversight
Conduct in-person pre-move-out inspections, post-move-out inspections, and move-in evaluations
Present repair estimates to property managers and obtain approvals
Track and facilitate work orders from creation through completion
Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet company standards
Communicate effectively with vendors, team members, and residents
Respond to emails and voicemails within required timeframes
Answer inbound calls while maintaining strong customer service standards
Secure competitive vendor pricing while maintaining quality
Update dashboards and work order systems daily
Support rent-ready and turn coordination efforts

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in dispatching, coordination, or customer service
Minimum 2 years of property maintenance experience (required)
Strong knowledge of residential property management and maintenance processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable learning new technology and software systems
A true customer service mindset
Must be able to report daily to the Prescott Valley office

Requirements

Must pass a drug test
Clean driving record
Background check required

Our Hiring Process:
