CertaPro Painters is seeking experienced painting crews to complete residential and commercial painting projects throughout the Prescott area. We have work ready to go and are looking for professional crews who take pride in quality craftsmanship, customer service, and running an organized operation.
Sign-On Bonus – Earn Up to $1,500!
Lead Painters:
- $500 bonus after completing your first 4 consecutive weeks of scheduled work
- $500 bonus after completing 8 consecutive weeks total of scheduled work
Full Crew ( minimum team of 2)
- $500 bonus after completing your first 4 consecutive weeks of scheduled work
- $1,000 bonus after completing 8 consecutive weeks total of scheduled work
Bonus eligibility requires crews to remain active and in good standing with regard to attendance, workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Complete residential and commercial painting projects from start to finish
- Manage your crew and daily production activities
- Communicate professionally with customers and project managers
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
- Deliver high-quality workmanship with minimal supervision
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of professional painting experience
- Established crew of 2–3 painters
- Ability to complete full interior and exterior projects
- Strong references and recent examples of completed projects
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism
Equipment Requirements
Crews must provide their own:
- Sprayer
- Ladders
- Prep tools
- Hand tools and standard painting equipment
